Eating food in the morning is a healthy habit if you are watching your weight and compare the before and after breakfast. Research shows that people who have the habit of regular morning meal tend to
be leaner and more successful diet to lose weight and keeping it off when they eat breakfast. Maybe it's because they often eat cereal, fortified with vitamins and minerals, and fruit, which is naturally rich in nutrients.
